I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated and accompanied with hiking, including risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent paralysis and/or death, and I (and my family if relevant) may be injured as a result of participation in sports or activities. This includes travel to and from hiking venues.

In consideration for permitting myself (and my family if relevant) above to participate in sports and/or activities, I release and hold harmless Drupal Camp Asheville, Open Collective Foundation and/or its employees, organizers, volunteers, administrators, agents and sponsors from any and all liability including, but not limited to, liability for injuries or damages sustained by the individual. I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in hiking.
