I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated and accompanied with hiking, including risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent paralysis and/or death, and I (and my family if relevant) may be injured as a result of participation in sports or activities. This includes travel to and from hiking venues.
I also acknowledge that there are still COVID-19 risks and protocols to follow during this time. I agree to assume all associated risks and follow the protocols for the venue.
In consideration for permitting myself (and my family if relevant) above to participate in sports and/or activities, I release and hold harmless Drupal Camp Asheville and/or its employees, organizers, administrators, and agents from any and all liability including, but not limited to, liability for injuries or damages sustained by the individual. I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in hiking.
