This newly renovated boutique motel will give you a glimpse into the retro ways of Asheville, NC. The motel has all newly renovated guest rooms and is under new management. This locally owned motel offers quality accommodations at affordable prices in one of the most convenient areas of Asheville. Located seconds away from downtown, many of Asheville's renowned breweries, River Arts District, the Asheville Mall and within 5 miles to the Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway and many other natural attractions. All newly renovated guest rooms offer a microwave, refrigerator, flat screen TV, hair dryer and feature either a private balcony or walk out patio and are all non-smoking.

This is a small motel and rooms are on a first come first serve basis. The cut off date for this discounted block of rooms it June 23, 2017. Change/cancellation deadline is 4PM, 5 days prior to arrival.
